Making the offer
What are some issues that I should be concerned about the purchase agreement?
The purchase must be contingent upon the home passing inspection and your ability to obtain a loan. The contract is 7 pages long. I will go over the entire document, explain everything and answer all your questions.
Who pays for the closing costs?
Either the seller or you, the buyer. They are negotiable and may be split between the seller and you.
